WellStat Expands IAQ Device Line with Air Core and Air Plus
May 27, 2025
We’re excited to officially launch WellStat Air, our expanded line of globally certified indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring devices designed to meet the growing demand for healthier, more efficient buildings. This release marks a major milestone in our mission to support performance, compliance, and scalability in the built environment.
The new WellStat Air family includes two powerful offerings:
WellStat Air Core – Built for simplicity and scale, Air Core is a streamlined, high-performance IAQ monitoring device that delivers continuous, reliable insights. It captures the most critical environmental indicators affecting occupant health, comfort, and cognitive performance—including CO₂, temperature, humidity, and a selection of pollutants and particulate matter. With fast deployment and intuitive dashboards, Air Core makes indoor air quality data accessible and actionable.
WellStat Air Plus – Designed for environments requiring deeper insights and greater precision, Air Plus enhances the capabilities of Air Core with a broader suite of advanced sensors, richer analytics, and additional environmental metrics. This makes it ideal for facilities teams, ESG leaders, and compliance managers looking to drive outcomes across health, sustainability, and regulatory performance.
We’re proud to share that both WellStat Air devices and our WellStat.io platform are now officially Works with WELLcertified, a designation that validates product alignment with the International WELL Building Institute’s rigorous performance-based standards.
In addition to this certification, WellStat Air supports multiple features of the WELL Building Standard, including:
Air:
A01.1 – Meet Thresholds for Particulate Matter
A01.2 – Meet Thresholds for Organic Gases
A01.3 – Meet Thresholds for Inorganic Gases
A01.4 – Meet Thresholds for Radon
A01.5 – Measure Air Parameters
A03.1 – Ensure Adequate Ventilation
A05.1 – Meet Enhanced Thresholds for Particulate Matter
A05.3 – Meet Enhanced Thresholds for Inorganic Gases
This launch also represents the successful integration of Airscan, the IAQ platform developed by Iknaia and acquired by WellStat earlier this year. Airscan’s sensor technology and reporting tools now power the enhanced functionality of WellStat Air, enabling greater accuracy, deeper data, and seamless scalability across portfolios.
WellStat Air is now available globally, giving organizations the tools they need to enhance occupant well-being, achieve ESG goals, and maintain regulatory readiness at scale.
